This organization has a 7 member (non-paid) board of directors.  It is free standing/separate from the Pharmacy State Board and the State Pharmacy Professional Organizations. It does carry general liability insurance, and utilize substance abuse professionals with credentials. It has enabling legislation that makes it a part of the Division of Registration that serves 35 Professional Boards.

What about funding? The organization does not charge client fees. It does not receive funding through license renewal fees. Other source of funding: Donations.

Active clients include: Pharmacists, Dentists, Veterinarians, Physician Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Radiology Technicians, Social Workers, and   Occupational Therapists.  (Health Care Boards)
