From Rick Rayl: I am currently chairing an impaired pharmacist committee. We
have statutes being written that mirror Iowa's laws. These statutes will
hopefully be presented to our legislature in 2005. We hope to incorporate
our monitoring program with the state's impaired dentists program. An
impaired pharmacist committee under the umbrella of the Missouri Pharmacy
Association will provide oversight for the program. We have a recovering
pharmacist meeting in KC, KS. We meet at 8:00pm on the second Monday of
each month. The location of the meeting is the Leawood Presbyterian Church
on 83rd Street in Leawood (located between Mission Rd. and State Line Rd).
The AA hall is around back in the Chapel building with a coffeepot on the
door. Please get the word out.
