NCPRN is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation enabled by an act of the NC general assembly in 1996. Such status 
limits legal liability and allows the Board of Pharmacy to support the organization with license fee funds. 
It is a free-standing entity (independent of the licensing board and state pharmacist's association.) NCPRN is 
governed by an unpaid board of 12 directors and employs a paid professional staff.

Those served include pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and students. Fees charged members range from Fees
