This organization is free standing/separate from the Pharmacy State Board. It has no paid staff or board of directors. 
It does carry general liability insurance, and does have enabling legislation for immunity protection. It publishes a 
monthly newsletter.

What about funding? The organization does not charge client fees and, does not receive funding through license
renewal fees. The Tennessee Pharmacists Association and volunteers provide all resources that are used by the 
Tennessee Pharmacists Recovery Network.
