For 30 years, Barb has attended and observed the many changes of the APhA Institute on Substance Use Disorders (Formerly: The University of Utah School on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependencies). During the Institute Barb is our “go to” Mentor, especially for those dealing with family issues that are part of the disease of Substance Use Disorders.
